Pastors LeBrian and Shennice Cleckley are the founders of Overwhelming Grace Ministries, ordained pastors through Bishop Wayne Snider of True Life Global Ministries. Their shared journey is a testament to God's intentional design and grace, a story that began not in a church, but with a car accident in 2006, when LeBrian was Shennice's claims examiner. They soon discovered an incredible network of shared connections, having been in the same social circles for years without ever crossing paths.
The two were married on November 3, 2007, and together they lead a blended, intergenerational family, including four children: Adrienne, Kiersten, Jared, and Spencer. They are also the proud grandparents of Cassidy and Dakota. Their family's journey has provided them with a unique understanding of the joys and challenges of building a home rooted in grace.
LeBrian accepted his call to ministry in 2008, and since then, they have been committed partners in ministry, dedicating themselves to serving the body of Christ. Their combined experience in ministry, business, and counseling has uniquely equipped them to lead Overwhelming Grace Ministries.
As Executive Pastor, Shennice views administration as a form of ministry. She brings her professional expertise as a strategist and innovator into the church house, not just to run systems, but to serve souls. Her goal is to ensure the ministry operates with such excellence and grace that it creates a distraction-free environment where people can simply encounter God. She is dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming space where every neighbor feels seen, loved, and empowered to live a faith-fueled life.
With a unique blend of marketplace excellence and ministry training, Margie brings over 15 years of experience as a Senior Relationship Banker at Truist alongside her calling as a Certified Spiritual Director. She holds a certificate in Spiritual Direction from Christos Tending The Holy and a Diploma in Women’s Ministry Leadership from Columbia International University.
In her role, Margie leads The Kindred Circle, curating an atmosphere of "audacious joy" and transparency where women can drop their masks and be truly seen. She also provides 1-on-1 spiritual direction, offering "holy listening" to help members discern God’s voice in their daily lives. Whether she is interceding for church leadership or facilitating a workshop, Margie operates from an abundance mindset, creating a safe container for vulnerable hearts to find rest and restoration in the Holy Spirit.
